All devices can play our games, as long as javascript is not disabled. If you are able to read this FAQ, then your javascript is enabled and you're able to play all of our games. We strongly recommend playing our games on a tablet, laptop or computer. Mobiles are able to play our games but you may need to zoom in/out as needed.

We have tested our begginer level games on children aged 10+ and they were able to complete the rooms with a little help from their parents.

Group discounts are used by schools, universities or businesses who purchase multiple passes to be shared amongst their friends, students and/or colleagues. Escaper.games is a great team-building experience!

You are purchasing access to a certain room, that room will then be unlocked on your account for unlimited plays.

Yes, if you're not happy with your experience, please contact a game master and we'll offer you a 100% refund. Refunds will not be issued on rooms that are completed or after 48 hours of purchase.

It depends on the skill level of each team. Rooms can take anywhere from 20 minutes (for expert escapers) up to 1 hour. There is a timer set at 60 minutes when each room stars but you will not be ejected from the game if the timer expires. It's more for fun!
